About the Project
Two concrete tower blocks, connected by steel bridge with composite slabs, and steel atrium roof Flat facades: Fully glazed unitized curtain walling, glass with mirror pattern. Typical unit module: 3.9 x 1.5 m Framing members are silver color. Void facades: Fully unitized curtain walling (walls) and cassette type system (soffits, skylights). Flat, single curved, double curved, cold bent glazing. Glass is blue tinted, laminated, performance coated. Framing members straight and curved, dark blue coated. Ground floor facades: GRP composite mullions. Bulkheads: the slab- CW interface at ceiling is provided by complex shaped GRP composite element External lighting: Programmable LED system integrated to joints at void area at approx. 1.5 x 1.95 m grid Maintenance and cleaning access: Rope access hooks and rails integrated
