About the Project
Prime energy consultant for a world-class mixed use building seeking LEED-CS certification located in the Beirut Souks. The building consists of 2 main blocks, retail and furnished apartments, with a total area of 35,300 sqm. The project is seeking a LEED Silver certification. The consultancy includes energy modeling for LEED, and design advice on mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems in order to achieve the required energy performance.
